Before founding GingerComms, Harriet was Managing Director (12 years) for one of the UK’s largest media and PR Polling consultancies.

She helped pioneer the trend in research-based PR and has a solid and unrivalled knowledge of news generation campaigns and PR polling.

Harriet has overseen hundreds of consumer PR campaigns and has worked alongside many of the most influential people in British media.

James Scott

Co-founder and Director

Former tabloid showbiz journalist, James went on to become Deputy Editor of a UK national newspaper for seven years, before becoming an award-winning newspaper Editor.

James has 20 years’ experience working inside the UK news industry and has a solid understanding of what makes good content, both in print and online.

Dave Arnold

Chief Operations Officer

With a strong background in regional and national journalism, Dave has worked alongside some of the UK’s biggest brands & PR agencies to help maximise their national news opportunities in print, on-line and on-air.

Director

Ellie’s experience spans journalism, publishing and consumer lifestyle PR.

Ellie has worked with leading UK brands in PR account director, media consultant and creative director roles.

She loves developing creative campaigns that tick all commercial boxes to ensure top-notch results for clients.

Evie Porter

Senior News Consultant

Evie works as senior news consultant at GingerComms and is a pivotal member of the creative team.

She has more than 12 years of experience in the Public Relations sector. This has included creating PR campaigns, copywriting, managing large projects, destination marketing campaigns and events.


Evie enjoys creating PR campaigns which secure strong coverage for clients while also delivering on brands’ key messages and ROI.

Jon Horsley

Senior Research Consultant

Jon has worked as a journalist on national newspapers, magazines and online outlets, on a range of subjects from food to politics and economics.

He was food editor at The Sun for 8 years and a regular columnist for Waitrose Weekend.

Jon combines creative thinking with media savviness to ensure that campaigns pack the punch needed to get cut through.

Becky Maund

Projects Director

Becky has over 20 years’ experience working both in agency and client side. During this time she has managed hundreds of campaigns which span PR, social media, events, out of home and digital marketing.

A passionate planner, Becky loves nothing more than delivering projects that not only hit the KPIs, but also key messages and offer a strong ROI.

Claudia Crosse

Sales and Marketing Manager

Claudia studied Popular Music at Falmouth University, focusing on music marketing and promotions. She then moved to London after landing an internship at XL Recordings in the AR and PR departments, gaining experience in digital marketing, sales and communications.

Her role at GingerComms covers business development, campaign support and digital marketing.

Caitlin MacLean

New Business Sales Executive

After gaining first class honours in Business Management at the University of Edinburgh, Caitlin worked for several years in B2B marketing and communications, before moving to PR research.

Rhona Mowatt

Finance Director

Rhona has over 25 years experience in finance and business administration. She has worked with companies both large and small across several sectors including professional services, fintech and events.

Dave Clarke

Creative Director

Dave has been a creative professional since 2006 and provides a range of services including Graphic Design, Animation and Illustration. Over this time he has worked with organisations of all sizes, from individuals and small businesses to global companies and top universities.
